Right of use

Any contract of design services between the customer and the ahape GmbH is a causer service contract based on to grant a licence to use of the work performance.

Basically our customer have the exclusive right of use with the assignment of the rights to a third party

The basis of calculation is the union contract of AGD from the 1.1.1900 announced at the Bundesblatt. The right of use is due for one-off payment at the usage of the drafts. At the latest when the production is foreseeable. A payment on licence based on units is possible.
